It's a new year which means it's time for some new gift baskets. First, I want to share one that I did for the holidays. Although it has a copy of my Christmas novella in the It Happened One Christmas anthology, a DVD of Miracle on 34th Street and some vintage Christmas ornaments (the little girl screaming in the lower right corner), this basket could be changed to suit any occasion.
Basket Items Include:
Russel Stover Chocolate Box
Extra Large Tea Cup
Tea Set
Tea Napkin
Note Pad
Journal
Pen
DVD
and of course, two of my books!
I hope you find a little inspiration for a basket of your own. Please check out some of my other gift basket post for more ideas here, here and here.
Like Michelle mentioned in the comments below, I also collect items for baskets throughout the year by shopping sales and clearance racks.
The purple tea napkin above was a clearance item I scored at Target for $.49!
You need a book to relax with while you're drinking your tea so why not check out mine? www.Georgie-Lee.com

I enjoy putting together gift baskets with a theme too. This gave me an idea for a friend of mine. I like to shop for sale items to be used all through the year for such baskets. Visiting from the Small Victories Sunday linkup.

What a lovely basket! Once upon a long time ago, I was actually considering turning the making of gift baskets into a business, so I know a thing or two about them, and this one is especially lovely. Have a great Sunday!
